Neon-orange colored blooms produce almost a glowing-effect in the rose garden.  Prolific bloomer with scalloped petals produce ruffled-looking flowers on a clean upright plant.  Usually blooms without clustering although labeled as a Floribunda.  Glossy leaves on a medium-size plant.
