AN OBSERVER ONLY (no cost) - Maximum 8 Observers
An OBSERVER will simply attend the workshop and watch rose arrangement demonstration being performed. A PARTICIPANT will be supplied with 1-dozen roses, vase and fillers to create an arrangement of their own after the demonstration.
